Gary Neupauer brings an extensive and comprehensive professional background to his position at Cornerstone Building Solutions – expertise that helps Cornerstone customers get their new homes built to their exact specifications – on budget and on time!

Gary worked for 15 years as a commercial building products distributor in sales, as an estimator and as a project manager. He also spent a dozen years as a manufacturer’s sales rep/project manager.

In the course of his career, Gary has worked side-by-side with architects, engineers, general contractors as well as subs to bring his clients projects to fruition. His experience working in all phases of a project – and estimating the cost of projects – brings great value to Cornerstone customers, especially first-time home buyers.

When Gary’s not inside working, you’ll find him outside, likely on a local golf course or traveling.
